Have you ever heard someone say - "Here is what you need to do."? Well, i'll try
to help you out and explain how everything works.
First thing to know is that you have relationships that you need to maintain. You
will eventualy want to add all your relationships in here, but for starters, just
enter in relationships that you have which you may contact onces or twice a month.
- Click on the link on the top right of the page that says "Relationships". Enter
the names of a relationship. This could include siblings or parents or pasters or
bingo partners.
- Enter the average amount of days that you contact this person within.
- For the contact day variance, enter the amount of days past the average days when
contacting this person becomes critical.
- Use tags to classify your relationships. Use words or abreviations seperated by
space. (ex. "bingo divorced church")
- You can click the more link to enter more information about this person if you want.
After you have entered some of your relationships (you can always add more), use
the form at the top of the dashboard (the page after you login) to enter your contacts.
The dropdown box will contain all of your non-trivial relationships. You can start
typing the name of your relationship and press tab once it shows up. Keep entering
the information to describe your contact with your relationship and click add.
The next contacts will show you relationship that need attention. This will be the
main help for you in keeping up with your relationships. Indicators will show the
importance of the contact being overdue or critical. You can hover over the contact
to see statistics for the person or click the link to modify the relationship.
